Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 7 November 2026
The short version: cancel whenever you like from the billing page, keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and if the Service did not do what the pricing page promised in your first paid month, ask us for your money back.
1. Cancelling
- Open Billing and cancel the subscription. No email, no phone call, no retention flow.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then reverts to the free plan. You are not charged again.
- Cancelling does not delete your account or your watchlist; the free plan's limits apply afterwards.
- You can resubscribe at any time. A new subscription starts a new billing period.
2. Refunds
Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method. We will process a refund in these cases:
- First paid period, not as described. If the Service does not provide what the pricing page advertises for your plan, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we refund that period in full.
- Billing error. A duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, or a charge for a plan you did not choose — refunded in full, and corrected.
- Extended outage. If a paid feature is unavailable for a material part of a billing period because of a fault on our side, we refund that period pro rata on request.
- Service discontinued. If we stop offering a paid plan you are on, we refund the unused part of the period.
Outside those cases, a paid period is not refunded once it has started, because the Service is delivered continuously from the moment of purchase — including when you simply did not use it.
3. Your statutory rights (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because PriceDrift is a digital service that begins immediately, you agree at checkout that the service starts right away; if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the period minus the part already delivered. Business customers acting in the course of their trade do not have this statutory right, but section 2 still applies.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
4. How to ask
Email [BILLING EMAIL] from the address on the account, with the invoice or subscription id if you have it. We reply within five business days and, when a refund is due, issue it through Creem the same week. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days after that.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — a refund is faster than a chargeback and keeps the account in good standing. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend paid features while it is investigated.
