Terms of Service
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and WorksOnMyMachine ([LEGAL ENTITY], business ID [VAT/BUSINESS ID], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Finland — “PriceDrift”, “we”, “us”) for the use of pricedrift.ai and the alert, API and reporting services provided through it (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to alerts or using the API you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
PriceDrift collects publicly published information about AI model pricing, availability and lifecycle — for example rate cards, context windows and deprecation notices on provider documentation sites — records it over time, and notifies you when a published value changes.
We are an independent monitor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any model provider, and we do not sell access to any model. The providers’ own terms govern your use of their services.
2. Accuracy, and what an alert means
Every recorded change links to the published source it came from. We aim to be accurate and timely, but the Service is a convenience layer over third-party pages:
- Prices, limits and dates are as published by the provider, and may lag, change again, or be withdrawn without our knowledge.
- An absence of alerts means we detected no change — not that nothing changed.
- The Service is informational. It is not financial, procurement, legal or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for checking a provider’s rate card before you commit to spend.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site and the alert pipeline may be paused for maintenance, and a provider page changing shape can interrupt a source until we repair it. Where we publish source health, you can see that state rather than guessing.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you register, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
One account is one organisation. Organisation members share the watchlist, the plan and the billing relationship; the person who created the organisation is its owner.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, the change history or the API output as a competing database, feed or monitoring product without a written agreement with us;
- Scrape, crawl or hammer the Service in a way that is not through the documented API or beyond the limits of your plan;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, plan limits or any other access control, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission;
- Use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or misrepresent third-party data as your own official figures;
- Upload malicious code, or interfere with other customers’ use of the Service.
Attribution is welcome: if you cite a change we recorded, link to the page you took it from.
5. Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are sold as subscriptions. Prices, what each plan includes and any usage allowances are shown on the pricing page, which is the authoritative description of the plan you are buying.
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for the transaction: it handles payment, invoices, applicable VAT and sales tax, and its own buyer terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. If a renewal fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
6. API access
API keys are issued per organisation and are shown once at creation. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for all requests made with them; revoke a key immediately if it leaks. API allowances and rate limits are part of your plan and may be enforced automatically. We may change API limits or endpoints with reasonable notice, and will not intentionally break a documented endpoint without one.
7. Your data and our content
You keep ownership of the addresses and watchlists you give us. We keep ownership of the Service, the site, the compiled change history and the way we present it. You may use the change history for your own internal, non-competing purposes; the restrictions in section 4 apply to redistribution.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the models being described. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by asking us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are required by law to stop serving, or that poses a security or abuse risk to the Service or other customers. Where we terminate for convenience rather than breach, we refund the unused portion of the current paid period.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or losses arising from a decision you took on the basis of a price or date shown on the site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death, personal injury or intentional misconduct.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep your statutory rights; nothing here narrows them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material changes are announced on the site and, for account holders, by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and the courts of Finland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If something is wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved faster by email than by a court.
